ACCESS THE PLATFORM

How to register
If you cannot access the platform, maybe you are not registered already. Do not hesitate to send an email to: help@wegrow-app.com and ask to be registered. The Customer Support representative will register you and let you know when you have access to the platform.
How to log in
You can quickly login via SSO by just one click in the “Click here” button.
If you don't have a login button. Click on "Login in by email" and type your email and password
How to log in on my phone

STEP 1: Navigate to web the browser on your phone
STEP 2: Bookmark the page on your phone
STEP 3: Click install!
STEP 4: You should now see the APP on your home screen and in your bookmarks

How to reset my password
I have a "Bad credentials" messege

Access the platform and click on your profile

At the bottom of the page should appear “Change my password?”

Type your old password in the “old password box”

Type your new password in the “New Password box”
-
The password should follow these criteria:
- Contains digit
- Contains lower case
-Contains upper case,
- Contains special character,
- Contains 8 characters or more.
6. Confirm your new password
7.Click on the “Save password” button to save it

How to access the platform in the offline mode
No Internet? No worries!​
-Simply activate your aeroplane mode on your smartphone. Just create a post and publish it later (send it to draft)
1 - Click on ”Create a post"
2 - Fill the form and then “save”
3 - Once you have a better connection, go back on home and find out your posts in your drafts to publish them

This option is only available for some clients. Please check your CSM first.
