How to create a post

  1. Open your We Grow page

  2. There's a button in the upper left that says “Create a post”. Click on it

  3. Follow the instructions, it is really quick

  4. Do not forget to click on “Publish”

  5. Do not hesitate to check out the post tutorial available on the platform

What am i expected to complete on the post

  1. First, title your post

  2. Tag your post so that it can be easier to filter later on 

  3. Tag which Country/Region you are from

  4. Add pictures/videos/files by clicking in the box and adding it from your computer or just dragging the file to the box. If you want so, you can also copy and paste a video link

  5. Add text to the post to explain what it is about.

  6. Make the post easy to understand, straightforward. Try to include key information such as KPIS, data, numbers etc. Please keep in mind that the information will be read by your peers and management, so please make your post as reusable as it could be for others. 

How do I upload pictures

  1. Click on the box “share visual”  and upload the picture from your computer

  2. Or drag the file from your computer to the box

  3. Or paste from a screenshot

 

FOR  THE OFFLINE MODE

No Internet! No worries!  Simply activate your aeroplane mode on your smartphone Just create a post, save it as a draft and publish it later

1 - Click on ”Create a post"

2 - Fill the form and then “save”

3 - Once you have a better connection, retrieve your drafts & edit to publish it

However, Filestack doesn't work on the offline mode, so in case you need to upload images,  do so one  by one, or via folder selection or trough smartphone camera

Can I upload many pictures at once

Yes, you can. 

Can I edit a post that is already published

Yes! The process is the following:

  1. Click on your profile picture and click on “My posts”

  2. In the “My posts” window click on the post you want to edit

  3. There's a button in the right that says “Edit my post”

  4. Click on it, edit the post and then save changes-

Can I upload a video

  1. Click on the box “share documents or links”  and upload the video or drag it from your computer

  2. There is also a link to upload the  video  URL from a webpage

Can I upload a document

  1. Click on the box “share documents or links”  and upload the document from your computer. All types of documents can be shared: Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PDF, etc…

  2. Or drag the file from your computer to the box 

Can I create a post on something that happened in the past

​Sure. As long as it's relevant, and a best practice that can be useful to share to the company.
